- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
2.3 Geographic Availability
The Service is available worldwide, subject to:
- App Store and Play Store availability in your region
- Compliance with local laws and regulations

3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payments

4.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- We do not store your payment card information
- All transactions are subject to the payment processor's terms
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → MyWear → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → MyWear → Cancel
Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods (except where required by law)
- Your data remains accessible; you can export before downgrading
4.5 Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies
- We may offer discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances

4.6 In-App Purchases (Iplik)
- Iplik is a virtual currency used for premium features
- Iplik purchases are non-refundable
- Iplik does not expire
- Iplik cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
4.7 Free Trial
If we offer a free trial:
- Trial length will be specified at sign-up
- Payment method required to start trial
- Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
- One trial per user
5. User Content
5.1 Definition
"User Content" includes any photos, images, text, or other materials you upload, submit, or create using the Service.
5.2 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading content, you grant MyWear a limited license to:
- Store and display your content within the Service
- Process your content for AI analysis
- Create thumbnails and previews
- Back up your content for service continuity

- Worldwide
- Limited to providing and improving the Service
- Terminates when you delete your content or account

Harmful Content

Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
- Upload counterfeit product images for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Technical Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Circumvent security features or access restrictions
Commercial Misuse

- AI-generated categorizations and metadata remain part of your data
- Virtual try-on images are generated for your personal use
- You may save and use AI outputs within the Service
- Commercial use of AI outputs requires separate authorization
8.4 AI Training
- We do not use your personal photos to train AI models
- AI analysis is performed in real-time via third-party APIs
- Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for service improvement
